Let’s Bake Babka!

Babka, a yeasted sweet bread of Eastern European origin, is a project bake.  It’s fun to make, beautiful to look at (most times) and most importantly delicious!  Chocolate filled babka is a favorite,  but there are numerous filling options from sweet to savory. Learn how to make, bake and enjoy babka!

This will be both a demonstration and participatory experience.  If you plan to participate, please bring an apron.  If you just want to watch and eat, that’s fine, too! An ingredient list will be distributed so you can check for allergies before consuming. Chocolate Babka is vegetarian, but not vegan.
